The Foundation encourages trained first responder units to become proactive in their communities by speaking to individuals, church groups, schools, businesses and other interested parties located near high-pressure pipelines. The Danielle Dawn Smalley Foundation will supply first responder groups with materials at no charge to accomplish this goal.
